Abstract

Inflation occurs because of an increase in the index at 6 (six) expenses and a decrease in the index group at 1 (one) groupexpenditure. Foodstuffs increased the index by 6.69 percent; food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco 1.37 percent; housing, water,electricity, gas, and fuel 2.51 percent; clothing group 0.41 percent; health group 0.44 percent; education, recreation, and sport 0.15percent, while the tranpor, communication and financial services group index declined by 6.05 percent.
